General terms of sales and delivery

These General Conditions of Sale and Delivery are effective as of 01-01-2021
These General Conditions of Sale and Delivery apply to all sales of Mobil prof i farsta AB, hereinafter referred to as “we” or “we” to its customers, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The customer’s terms and conditions of purchase have no effect and the customer is deemed to have agreed to these terms when purchasing from us.
These General Conditions of Sale and Delivery are governed by the laws of Sweden and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.

Prices

All prices are shown except. Shipping costs and Swedish VAT (25%).
As a payment currency, we accept SEK (Swedish Krona) and EUR (Euro), depending on the geographical location of that customer.
Prices displayed on the website are valid if other terms are not agreed upon.
We reserve the right to change all of our terms and rates without prior notice, for example due to changes from our suppliers, exchange rates, shipping costs etc., and other events beyond our influence and control. The actual price will always be charged on the day of delivery, however the customer will always be contacted if the price is changed after the order date.
We always try to make sure all prices on the site are accurate, but sometimes errors may occur. We reserve the right to incorrectly advertised prices and reserve the right to cancel orders that are clearly incorrect.
Customer is responsible for the disclosure and payment of any import duties or other taxes applicable in the country to which the products are delivered.

Product information

We accept responsibility for errors in information and errors in specifications on any product. All images must be shown as illustrations.
For some parts and accessories, there is information on the website about which products they usually fit. This is just a recommendation based on user manuals, size tables, etc. We take no responsibility that these products really fit your product. However, our return policy always applies if you are not satisfied with your product.

Confirmation of purchase

When you make a purchase, we will send a purchase confirmation to your email address.
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately, by replying to your purchase confirmation email.
Once your order is received and ready for delivery, you will receive another email with shipping information. You can track the shipment using the tracking number provided in the email.
Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped. Products on demand (Svenska: beställningsvaror) that we do not have in stock, cannot be canceled after we have ordered them from our supplier.
Deliveries will be stopped automatically if a customer’s credit limit is exceeded or if they have unpaid invoices due.
If we don’t have all the ordered products in stock, we will ship the ones we have and automatically ask for the missing ones to be returned. You will be notified of this by e-mail. If you would like us to wait for delivery until we get all the products ordered, please mention this as a message in your order. This can be done in the message form on the Delivery Alternatives page during the ordering process.
All delivery times shown are calculated. The customer is not entitled to any compensation either for direct or indirect damage if the products are not delivered on time.

Payment

Companies and organizations with credit approval can pay by invoice. Other customers can pay by card or prepay an invoice that we send as a PDF file before delivery.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not have any additional fees when paying by card.
The card is debited directly upon request.
We guarantee that the card payment option on the site is secure. All card data is handled securely by our payment partner “Verifone” certified in accordance with the PCI-DSS standard.
Any claim relating to the invoice must be accepted, via email to order@mobilprof.se within 10 working days from the date of issue.
Late payment is charged interest at 1.5% per month from the due date plus a reminder fee of SEK 50

Connecting

We deliver orders on weekdays 08.00 – 17.00. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed on the next business day. The delivery days shown refer to business days, i.e. not Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
For deliveries within Sweden we use the unit rate for shipping, which means you only pay SEK 9. Includes VAT, regardless of purchase size.
When making purchases of 8000 SEK or more without an account. VAT and shipping cost, we offer free delivery.
Lighter items less than 10 kg are sent within the Nordic countries by PostNord. . is sent

The heavier shipments as packaged by DHL, TNT or UPS. Nordic PostNord delivery time is 1-2 days depending on weight and shipping address.
Some products have longer than usual delivery times, and may be displayed as “2-10 days for delivery”. This applies if the product is in stock by one of our suppliers. Sometimes it may take longer depending on our suppliers’ delivery process, which we can’t control.
We are responsible for the transportation risk, that is, the risk of product damage or loss during shipment to the customer. The customer bears the cost and risk of returning it to us.
All deliveries from us include a delivery notice. This document contains a reference to the respective delivery order number. The delivery notice and the product also contain the article reference corresponding to each other.

Please notify us immediately of any damages so we can help you resolve the issue.
If you discover that the package is damaged when you receive it, you must notify the carrier immediately and tell them to file a claim.
If you discover the damage first when opening the package and the damage appears to have occurred in transit, please contact us and we will guide you on how to file a claim.
Feel free to contact us if you need any assistance or if you have a problem handling carrier claims.

Deliveries are not selected

If you do not receive your package or if you are not available to receive the delivery and therefore carrier returns the package to us (14-30 days depending on carrier terms), we reserve the right to charge you for the delivery costs and return concerns.

Warranty, Complaints and Returns Policy

All of our products are checked and tested as much as possible before delivery and are therefore of the highest quality.
As a customer, you must inspect the products immediately upon receipt. If there is anything wrong with the product or delivery, contact us at order@mobilprof.se or by phone (+46) 07225 67225, within 10 working days after receiving your shipment, we will take care of the problem.
If you fail to do so, you will be considered to have accepted delivery.

Mobil Prof does not accept returns on non-defective products. So you as a customer can not regret the purchase and get your money back.

Ownership disclaimer

Delivered products will remain our property until full payment is made. The buyer is responsible for any damage to the goods received.

Limitation of Liability

In the event of any breach of these General Conditions of Sale and Delivery by us, the Customer’s compensation will be limited to damages which in no event shall exceed the price of the Product and under no circumstances shall we be liable for anything direct or indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss In profits or damages whatsoever.

force majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure is caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to act of God, strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, and civil. disturbance, riot, terrorist act, fire, collapse of factory or machinery, shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply or failure of suppliers to supply materials for any reason, we are entitled to reasonably extend our obligations. We will not be liable to compensate the customer for any direct or indirect damage.

private policy

Your privacy and security is very important to us. When processing an order, we ask for company data details, if appropriate, the credit/debit card to be used as well as delivery and billing address, email address, contact number, etc. When emailing us, always save the conversation so you can indicate a specific case in the future if needed. By opening an account with us, you consent to the storage of your information on our servers located in Sweden.
We will not pass on any details we hold about customers or site visitors to any third party. We protect the privacy of this personal information. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that any details you transmit to us are kept secure. Only the details you submit to us for order processing will be kept. Your credit and debit card details are processed by a third party payment provider, to protect you as fully as possible, and this information is not stored on our website in any way. All card data is handled securely by the payment agent “Verifone” approved in accordance with the PCI-DSS standard.
You have the right to receive a portion of the information we have stored about you. If you have questions or want us to take some of your information, contact us at support@mobilprof.se
If you find any inaccurate information, we will delete or correct it immediately. The personal information we hold will be kept securely. However, we reserve the right to transfer any details we hold to the relevant authorities in order to prevent crime.
We may use the email addresses sent to us to notify you from time to time about significant changes to site functionality, new services and special offers that we think you will find valuable.
We will give you the right to refuse any marketing materials from us in the future.
